HOWARD HARMATZ serves as the responsible Broker and in house counsel for the company. He has been a practicing real estate attorney since 1976 primarily in Orange County with offices in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s School of Business, 1973. Howard then obtained his original real estate license prior to obtaining a legal education at Whittier College School of Law. Following admission to the California State Bar in 1976, he simultaneously opened a real estate brokerage operation while practicing law in Long Beach, California.
Expansion of both legal and real estate practices into Orange County in 1978 led to many real estate investments, syndications and property management opportunities. Property management has evolved to become the primary focus due to the fact that this sector of the real estate industry is in serious need of improvement.
SEAN DEVLIN serves as the company President and Operations Manager. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business with an emphasis in International Finance. Sean’s career path began in the Securities Industry working for some of the largest names in the Financial Services and Insurance Industries under various roles throughout… Beginning as a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley (formerly Dean Witter), and most recently at MetLife Investors (a subsidiary company of MetLife), where he served as Senior Business Consultant responsible for the business development, testing and training of the company's web based Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and Illustration Systems - both systems were integrated and used throughout all of MetLife's Individual Business Enterprises.
In 2003, he entered the Real Estate industry to assist a startup Mortgage company; where he was responsible for a number of departments. His responsibilities included managing the day to day operations of the company, the creation of the company website as well as the distribution efforts of the company’s daily rates and marketing information. He also coordinated in the joint advertising and marketing campaigns with partnered agents, and oversaw and coordinated the successful implementation of the company’s virtual escrow department. During this period, he successfully acquired his Real Estate License and has been a member of the National, State, and Orange County Association of Realtors as well as the Orange County MLS, all since 2004.
